Rapport can be added as a trusted application to Comodo Firewall Professional to gain full functionality. This action is recommended in order to achieve full benefit from Rapport.
Step1 : In Comodo's Firewall Settings, choose "Define a new Trusted application"
Step 2: Use "Select"->"Running Processes" to choose RapportService.exe as the new trusted application
Step3: Choose "RapportService.exe" from the processes list:
