A browser toolbar is not functioning
- Rapport blocks unsigned toolbars from performing various operations while you browse protected websites.
- To manually approve a specific toolbar, access the Rapport Console (see how). Select Tools -> Manually approve add-ons.
- Check the "always allow add-on" checkbox next to the add-on you want to approve.

If this does not help and the toolbar is still not functioning, shutdown Rapport (see how).

If the toolbar returns to function once again, report this problem to Trusteer (see how).
- Otherwise, the problem is most likely not with Rapport and you should try to uninstall and reinstall the toolbar or contact the toolbar's vendor.
