Cisco Security Agent (CSA) is a host intrusion prevention system for enterprise users. For Rapport to work on a desktop that runs CSA you should ask your system administrator or security administrator to add Rapport to CSA's white-list.
To add Rapport to CSA's white-list:
1. Log into the Management Center for Cisco Security Agents
2. Select Configuration -> Applications -> Application Classes [Windows]
3. Locate the class “Virus scanner applications” and click on it
4. Append the following lines to the “add process to application class” section:
**\RapportService.exe
**\RapportSetup.exe
**\RapportSetup.tmp
**\RapportSetup-Full.exe
**\RapportSetup-Full.tmp
5. Click Save
To complie and push to all desktops:
1. Click "Generate rules" at the bottom of the window
2. Click Generate
To make sure your CSA instance recieved the latest update, double-click the CSA flag icon 
on the task bar and then click the Poll button
