During Rapport installation, Comodo will alert about different actions Rapport Installer is trying to do. You should "Allow" all those actions in order for Rapport to be installed correctly. You might also choose to treat Rapport Installer as a "Installer/Updater" and then Comodo won't ask for confirmation for every action Rapport Installer is performing.
