In order for Rapport to function together with Comodo Firewall, the Defense+ feature must be properly configured to allow Rapport full "Access Rights" as well as not to be blocked in the "Protection Settings". In order to do so, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Open Comodo Firewall and select Defense+ tab as shown in the screenshot below:
Step 2: Click on the "Advanced" tab on the right, then on "Computer Security Policy" as shown in the screenshot below:

Step 3: In the "Application name" box on the top please type in the path for Rapport's service (you can copy the path below):
"c:\Program Files\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\RapportService.exe" (or " c:\program files (86x) " for 64-bit Operating Systems)
After inputting the above path please click on "Edit" on the right hand side and you will see the window in the screen shot below:
Step 4: Please make sure to select "Use a Custom Policy" and then click on "Access Rights" and grant Rapport full rights and then click "Apply" as shown in the screen shot below:
Step 5: Next, please click on "Protection Settings" and make sure Rapport is not blocked and then click "Apply" as shown the screen shot below:
Step 6: Please apply steps 3-5 for Rapport's Management Service as well, located in the following path:
"c:\Program Files\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\RapportMgmtService.exe" (or " c:\program files (86x) " for 64-bit Operating Systems)
Step 7: It is also recommended to check that Comodo has not blocked your internet browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome). Rapport needs to be allowed to communicate with your browser in order to function properly, if access to the browser is blocked you will not see Rapport's icon on the right hand side of the address bar. This will also affect the browser's speed, regardless of Rapport.
Please start at step 3, locate the executable file for your browser:
For Internet Explorer: c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
For Firefox: c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
Once you have located this, in step 4 and 5, please use the same instructions as for Rapport's services.
Once this is completed please click on "Apply" to approve the changes and close all the windows until you return to the main "Defense +" window, you can now close down Comodo Firewall and Rapport will be present in your browser.
