There is a known conflict between Rapport and F-Secure Internet Security 2010. It may cause the browser not to start, to crash or to function very slowly.
We are working with F-Secure on fixing this problem.
The problem is due to a conflict between Rapport and the F-Secure toolbar. You can temporarily disable the toolbar in order for the two to function properly.
To disable the toolbar, click "Tools" and the click "Add-ons" or "Manage add-ons" > "Disable or enable add-ons".
Find the F-Secure toolbar in the list, click it and then choose "disable".
Restart your browser.
Uninstalling Rapport and then Re-installing Rapport may also fix the problem.
