Rapport and GeSWall are not compatible. We advise not to work with the two together.
If you wish to work with the two anyway, you can disable GeSWall's browser isolation in order for Rapport to work properly and still keep the rest of GeSWall's protection abilities running:
Open the GeSWall console by double-clicking its icon on the taskbar.
Expand "Applications", click "Web Browsers" and right-click the browser you regularly use (for example - Internet Explorer). Then click "Properties":
Choose to "Never Isolate" the browser:
Restart the browser.
