GreenBorder is not compatible with Rapport. In order for Rapport to run properly you must disable GreenBorder.
You can do this by clicking on the GreenBorder icon in your taskbar and selecting "disable":
If Rapport was already running when you disabled GreenBorder, you must stop and start Rapport.
You can do this by clicking Start > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
and then select "Start Rapport" from the same menu
