Report a problem: this is the best way to report a problem to Trusteer. Click the link, describe the problem and click Submit. Your name and email address are optional but you should enter them if you want Trusteer to get back to you with a solution to your problem. When you report a problem through this form Rapport adds important log files that could help Trusteer identify and resolve the issue. The information inside the log files is technical and does not include sensitive or private information about you. Once the form is submitted a Trusteer representative will contact you via email to help you with the issue.
