If you already have Rapport installed on your desktop, it is recommended that you report the problem through the Rapport console. This allows Rapport to attach important log files to your support request. Click the relevant link for instructions: Windows or Mac

If you do not have Rapport installed or are unable to send a support request through the Rapport console, please send an email to . Please include as much information as you can regarding both the problem and your computer (such as the operating system you use, the browser you use, the behavior you encountered, etc.).

When sending an email or a problem report from the Rapport console, you can expect an automated response from us within 15 minutes. This automated email confirms the receipt of your message. If you do not receive an email confirmation from us within 15 minutes, then please check your spam box for any messages from Trusteer or contact us through online chat or phone.
