I cannot access any website

  • Check that your Internet connection is up and running, by checking if you can send / receive email, use Instant Messaging etc.
  • If you have internet connectivity, close all Internet Explorer windows and open a new Internet Explorer window.
  • If you still cannot access websites, shutdown Rapport (see how) and attempt to access various websites once again.
  • If the problem continues then it is most likely the result of network failure and not because of Rapport. Contact your ISP or system administrator and turn Rapport back on (see how).
  • If access is available while Rapport is down and unavailable while Rapport is on then please contact Trusteer's support (see how)
