I cannot access a certain website

  • Try to close all Internet Explorer windows and then open a new Internet Explorer window.
  • If the problem continues, shutdown Rapport (see how) and check the website again.
  • If the problem persists, then Rapport is most likely not the cause and the problem is probably in the website or the network. Contact your ISP or system administrator and turn Rapport back on (see how).
  • If the website is available while Rapport is down and unavailable while Rapport is on, please contact Trusteer's support (see how)
