Rapport includes anti-removal protection to prevent malware from removing it from your computer. In some rare scenarios Rapport might classify your legitimate de-install attempt as unauthorized. To overcome this:
1. Stop Rapport: Start -> All Programs -> Trusteer Rapport -> Stop Rapport
2. Reboot
3. De-install
