A typical installation should take less than two minutes on a broad band connection. If the installation process does not complete after 10 minutes and the progress bar is not progressing, terminate the installation process by clicking CTRL+ALT+DEL, select Task Manager, choose Applications, click on the Rapport installer application, and then click End Task.
