When installing a new version of Rapport, if you already have an old version of Rapport installed on your computer you might receive the following dialog box.
If you click on Next Rapport will begin uninstalling, you will be requested to stop it before continuing with the uninstall process. The following dialog box will be presented, please type in the letters as shown (they are not case sensitive) and then click on Shutdown.
Once the old version of Rapport is uninstalled you will receive the following dialog box:
Please click on Finish which will reboot your PC (if you have any open applications please save them). Once the computer rebooted the installation wizard originally launched will re-open automatically. See the dialog box below:
The installation process will now continue as normal. Once Rapport is installed, and depending on how old your previous version of Rapport was, you might be presented with the following dialog box:
