When installing a new version of Rapport, if you already have Rapport installed on your computer the following dialog box will appear.
Please select the appropriate option, depending on what led you to install Rapport again. The installation will now proceed, however as Rapport already exists on this computer you will be requested to stop it before continuing with the installation process. The following dialog box will be presented, please type in the letters as shown (they are not case sensitive) and then click on Shutdown.
The installation process will now continue as normal. Once the installation is complete, as Rapport has upgraded to a new version some features will only be available after a restart. You will be presented with another dialog box (below) stating this fact, please click ok and restart your PC to finalize the installation process.
