Intego NetBarrier X5 is compatible with Rapport, but its default setting blocks Rapport from connecting to the internet, which is critical for its proper function (Specifically for security events, error reports and software updates).
To allow Rapport to connect to the internet while Intego NetBarrier is installed, open its menu and click Firewall > Rules, then remove the rule restricting internet access.
