Internet Explorer crashes
- This error can happen for various reasons, most are unrelated to Rapport.
- To overcome the problem, re-open Internet Explorer.
- If the problem repeats, reboot your system.
- If the problem continues and you suspect Rapport to be cause (as the problem started after installing Rapport) shutdown Rapport (see how).
- If the problem disappears, report this issue to

- If the problem persists, Rapport is most likely not the cause. It could be one of your add-ons causing the problem. Try resetting your Internet Explorer settings (Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Reset ).
- If this does not help try to uninstall applications you recently installed (Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs).
- If the above does not help, uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer (Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components).
