- If the problem continues, then Rapport is most likely not the cause. In this case, the problem might be caused by one of your add-ons.
- Try resetting your Internet Explorer settings (Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Reset). If this does not help, contact your system administrator or computer technician.
