After UnInstalling Rapport, the logs folder is saved so Trusteer's support can investigate what caused issues in case of a support request.
The steps below should be followed for collecting those logs and sending them to Trusteer Support.
Step 1: Open Start -> Run
Step 2: Type "%appdata%\Trusteer\Rapport\user\logs" in the run window
Step 3: Select all the files in the logs folder, for example with CTRL+A
Step 4: Right Click and choose "Send To" -> "Compressed (Zipped) folder"
Step 5: Copy the file that was created (should be logs.zip or you can rename it) and send it by email (as attachment) to support@trusteer.com
