- This error can come about for a number of reasons, most of which are unrelated to Rapport.
- If this behavior persists and you suspect Rapport to be the cause, shutdown Rapport (see how) and check if the problem disappears.
- If the problem disappears, contact Trusteer's support (see how) with the relevant information.
- If the problem continues, turn Rapport back on (see how) and get assistance from your PC technician.
