Options

This section allows you to enable or disable the following options:

Send security events and error logs anonymously to Trusteer: whenever Rapport encounter a problem it sends an error report to Trusteer. This report allows Trusteer to identify the problem and address it in the next software version. The information is sent anonymously. In addition Rapport sends information about security threats (such as new malware) it finds.

Enable automatic updates: If checked Rapport automatically updates itself when a new software update is available. It is highly recommended to leave this option checked.

Remove arrow from address bar: If checked, Rapport arrow will not appear in the browser address bar. unchecking it will restore the arrow to the address bar.

Note:Rapport Arrow will be removed/restored only when you open a new browser window.

Do not block screen capturing: If checked, Rapport's anti- "Screen Capturing" protection will be removed. Uncheck it if you want to restore this protection.

Limit keylogging protection to user-space: if checked, Rapport's kernel-space keylogging protection will be removed. Uncheck it if you wish to restore this protection.

Note: The change will take effect only after restarting Rapport.

Allow external applications to connect to the browser: If checked, external applications will be able to connect to the browser information base. Uncheck it if you want to restore Rapport's protection against external applications' access to the browser information base.

I
