PC Tools Internet Security and Firewall may be configured to block Rapport and prevent it from loading.
If you receive a message that Rapport cannot start or if you cannot see the Rapport icon in the browser's address bar, please follow these instructions:
1. Open the PC Tools menu and click "Firewall". Then click "Edit Firewall Settings"
2. Click "Applications", find "RapportMgmtService" in the list and click it. Then click "Advanced settings" on the right.
3. Make sure the "Action" next to both options is set to "Allow". Click "OK" on all open menus.
4. Start Rapport through Start button > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Start Rapport
