After Rapport's installation process is complete, Rapport will attempt to launch your default browser in order to run a short compatibility test. This test will check that Rapport has installed successfully and functions properly in your browser.
Should Rapport fail, for whatever reason, to launch your default browser the following dialog box will appear:
If you see this alert please check that you are able to go online using your internet browser. You may then follow the instructions in this dialog box.
