This dialog appears when a browser add-on (e.g. Browser Helper Object or Toolbar) is trying to access information that belongs to a protected website using a method that is not currently monitored by Rapport. For example see the following box.
To enable Rapport to allow this add-on to work on any website:
• Click Permanently Allow.
To cause Rapport to block this add-on from operating on all websites:
• Click Permanently Block.
By submitting the add-on for analysis, you help Trusteer improve the product and include monitoring for the specific method used by this add-on.
