A message that the Rapport installer is unable to replace files can occur when upgrading from a specific old version of Rapport to a new version.
To overcome the problem:
1. Click Abort
2. Uninstall Rapport (All Programs -> Trusteer Rapport -> Uninstall)
3. Reboot your system
4. Install Rapport
