When you click "Download", the Rapport installer does not start downloading.
This is ususally due to Internet Explorer's security settings.
Depending on your browser’s security settings, you may be presented with a message asking you to authorize downloading Rapport and instructing you to click for more options.
Please click to view the options presented and select “Download File.”
Next, click “Run” to install.
