If you already have Rapport installed on your desktop, it is recommended that you report the problem from the Rapport console (see instructions below). This allows Rapport to attach important log files to your support request.
If you do not have Rapport installed or are unable to send a support request through it, please send an email to
. Please include as much information as you can regarding both the problem and your computer (such as the operating system you use, the browser you use, the behavior you encountered, etc.).
How to report a problem from the Rapport console
1. Click "Start"
2. Click "All Programs"
3. Choose "Trusteer Rapport" and click "Rapport Console"
4. Enter the letters as they are shown in the image and click OK
5. Select Support and then Report a Problem.
6. fill in the form and click "Submit".
