Rapport versions 904.0 and above are not compatible with Sandboxie. You can run your browser and Rapport outside Sandboxie when accessing sensitive sites to maintain Rapport's protection.
To check which version of Rapport you are using, first access the console by clicking Start > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Rapport Console.
In the console, look at the version number under "Product Settings":
For Rapport versions below 904, please follow these instructions:
To avoid compatibility issues, you should either operate both your browser and Rapport only inside the sandbox or operate both only outside it.
To obtain maximum protection out of Sandboxie and Rapport, it is recommended to run your internet browser and Rapport both under Sandboxie:
1. Stop Rapport (Instructions on how to do this: http://consumers.trusteer.com/stopping-rapport-0)
2. Open an internet browser inside the sandbox:
- Right-Click the sandbox > Run Sandboxed > Web Browser
3. Run Rapport inside the sandbox:
- Right-click the sandbox > Run Sandboxed > From Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Start Rapport:
To close the sandbox with Rapport in it, you must restart your computer.
