Sending a User Problem Report from Rapport's console

When sending a user problem report from within Rapport's console, you will be presented with the following dialog box:

  

 Once the report is sent you will be presented with this dialog box:

 

In the event that you are not connected to the internet the report will fail to be sent and the following dialog box will appear:

 

 Please check your connection and try again to submit the report.
