When you install Rapport on a computer running Trend Micro Anti Virus Plus Anti Spyware, you will receive the following notification:
To allow Rapport to function properly on a computer running Trend Micro Anti Virus Plus Anti Spyware, go to the Trend Micro main console, and choose "Virus & Spyware Controls":
Expand the "Prevent Unauthorized Changes" category, and open the Exception List
Add the program c:\Program Files\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\Rapportservice.exe, and change its "Response" status from "Block" to "Trust"
