When you install Rapport on a computer running Trend Micro Internet Security, you will receive the following notification:
After which you will receive the following notification:
Click "Allow" and check the "Stop warning you about this program" to allow Rapport to access the Internet.
To allow Rapport to function properly on a computer running Trend Micro Internet Security, go to the Trend Micro main console, and choose "Virus & Spyware Controls":
Expand the "Prevent Unauthorized Changes" category, and open the Exception List
Add the program c:\Program Files\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\Rapportservice.exe, and change its "Response" status from "Block" to "Trust"
Restart your computer, and Rapport will be able to fully function.
