Rapport validates the IP address of each protected website you browse, to make sure that you are not under a pharming attack. In a pharming attack, the user is directed to a fraudulent website even if the user types the correct website address. To read more about pharming attacks, visit the website at http://www.trusteer.com/threats/pharming.html.
In some rare scenarios, Rapport is unable to verify the website's IP address because the IP address is already cached in the browser. When this happens, Rapport displays the Warning dialog box.
It is recommended to close all browser windows and to open a new browser window and browse the website once again, so that Rapport can validate the IP address.
To close the browser windows:
• Click Close all Browser Windows.
If you do not want to close currently opened browser windows:
• Click Ignore and Continue. The dialog box closes and you can continue working with the website without Rapport's validation.
