Open the .dmg file you've downloaded and from which you've installed Rapport.
If it contains an uninstall file - run that file.
If it does not, you are using an older version of Rapport and we recommend you try upgrading first (no need to uninstall first). If you wish to upgrade, or if you do not have the .dmg file, you can download it here:

If you wish to uninstall but the .dmg file does not contain an uninstall file, please follow these steps to uninstall Rapport:
- Quit Firefox and Safari (Menu -> Firefox/Safari -> Quit Firefox/Safari)
- Open Mac Terminal (Finder -> Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal)
- Type cd /Library/Rapport and click enter (please notice the space after "cd")
- Type sudo ./RapportUninstaller.sh and click enter (please notice the space after "sudo")
Enter your password and hit enter. (You will not see the password as it is being typed)
If an error appears that reads "No such process", ignore it.
Restart your computer.
