You can remove Rapport using the Control Panel's "Programs and Features":
1. Click the Start icon on the bottom-left corner of your screen and choose "Control Panel":
2. Double-click "Programs and Features" :
3. Choose "Rapport" and click "Uninstall":
4. You may be presented with three options, choose "Continue" (If you do not see the dialog, skip to step 5):
5. You can now choose to connect tp support if you would like us to fix the problem. Otherwise, choose "No thanks, Uninstall now"
6. If you chose to uninstall, you now need to enter the characters and the uninstall sequence will begin.
