You can remove Rapport using Control Panel's "Add/Remove Programs"
1. Click Start 
.
2. Choose "Control Panel" .
3. Select "Add/Remove Programs"
4. Find "Rapport" in the list of installed Application, and click on "Remove"
5. You will be presented by three uninstall options
Choose first option in case you want to stop Rapport so it doesn't protect your browser and allow Trusteer to provide you assistance
Choose second option if you just want Rapport visual Arrow and popups to disappear but leave Rapport protection on
Choose the last option if you want to remove Rapport completely
6. In case you chose the first or third option, type the letters shown in the image, and then click OK.
