To uninstall Rapport using the SafeUninstall utility, please follow the instructions.
1. Click this link or copy it into your browser's address bar: http://download.trusteer.com/Vxrv3Yufbv/RapportSafeUninstall.exe
2. When the dialog appears, click "save" and choose a destination to save the utility to:
3. Close all open browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
4. Find the file at the destination you have chosen on step 2, right-click it and choose "Run as administrator":
a UAC message may appear and ask you to allow this - click "continue":
5. Enter the letters as they appear in the utility and click "Uninstall Rapport":
If at this point you receive an error message, you may be using a limited user account. Ignore it and proceed.
6. Save your work in any open applications, and restart your computer.
If you are using a limited user account, proceed to steps 7-8.
7. Run the file you've downloaded, this time by double-clicking it (and not by running it as administrator).
8. Repeat steps 5-6.
