To uninstall Rapport using the SafeUninstall utility, please follow these instructions.
1. Click this link or copy it into your browser's address bar: http://download.trusteer.com/Vxrv3Yufbv/RapportSafeUninstall.exe
2. When the dialog appears, click "save" and choose a destination to save the utility to:
3. Close all open browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
4. Find the file at the destination you have chosen on step 2, and double click it.
5. Enter the letters as they appear in the utility and click "Uninstall Rapport":
If at this point you receive an error message, you may be using a limited user account. Ignore it and proceed.
6. Save your work in any open applications, and restart your computer.
If you are using a limited user account, proceed to steps 7-9.
7. Right-click the file you've downloaded on step 2 and choose "run as..."
8. Choose the second option ("The following user:") and make sure it is an administrator (you need administrator privileges to completely remove Rapport). Enter the administrator password (if any) and click ok.
9. Follow steps 5-6.
