When Rapport will try to communicate with the outside world for the first time, Zone Alarm will display the following alert:
Check the "Remember this setting" box, and click "Allow".
This alert might be repeated for the additional ports used by Rapport (described above).
Repeating the process described here will allow Rapport to receive all of the required software and configuration updates.
