ZoneAlarm's "Virtualization" feature must be disabled in order for Rapport to function properly. We are working with the vendor on resolving this issue.
When ZoneAlarm Extreme is installed, this feature is disabled by default. If you can see Rapport's icon in the address bar, then it is functioning and no further actions are needed.

If you cannot see the icon, you can turn Virtualization off by clicking on “Browser Security”, choosing "Settings”, clicking "Advanced" and then clearing the checkbox under "Virtualization".
To finish, click "OK" in all open windows and restart your browser.
